These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BoothSettle, a tool that generates per-vendor monthly statements from your Square export. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Permitted use
You may use BoothSettle to process your own Square sales data and to produce statements for the vendors who sell through your shop. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other accounts, reverse engineer the platform, or use it in breach of any applicable law or of Square's own terms.
Your account
You need an account (email and password) to use the tool, and you may need to verify your email address before some features are available. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to upload the data you submit.
Your data and uploads
You keep ownership of the data you upload. You grant us the limited right to process it solely to provide the service. We store only the summary of your latest upload, and each new upload overwrites the previous one. We also collect anonymous usage events that are not linked to your identity, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process the data you provide.
No warranty and accuracy of figures
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. BoothSettle helps you organize and calculate figures, but we do not warrant that any amount, total, or statement is accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing every statement before relying on it.
Payments to vendors
BoothSettle does not move money and does not pay your vendors. Your shop remains solely responsible for making the actual payments to vendors and for the correctness of those payments, taxes, and any related obligations. Statements produced by the tool are informational aids, not financial or tax advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoothSettle and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD 50.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we may revise these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction placeholder], without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of [venue placeholder], unless applicable law requires otherwise.
